It is a core aspect of the Feronia Business Code of Conduct to act honestly, ethically and with integrity in all of operations of the Corporation and the Board of Directors of Feronia expects all employees to comply with both the letter and the spirit of the law.
Feronia has developed and communicated detailed business policies and procedures to ensure that the Corporation’s commitment to business integrity and legal compliance is followed. Relevant Feronia personnel are also mandated to receive training to reinforce these policies.
The Corporation applies a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to acts of bribery and corruption by our employees or by business partners working on behalf of the Corporation including advisors, agents or contractors.
The Feronia Board of Directors maintains regular oversight of the implementation and effectiveness of our business integrity policies.
